## The Mindful Walks are back
Let’s pause. Breathe. And walk together.
Finding stillness and peace is a true challenge in our fast-moving world. That’s why I’m so happy to bring back the Mindful Walk Series – a moment to ground yourself, connect with nature and others, and let your nervous system soften.
🗓 Sunday, June 22 | 4:00 PM
📍 Meeting point: Friedensengel – at the fountain below
We’ll start with a gentle 15–20 minute mindful walk through the Isarauen. Once we arrive at a peaceful spot, I’ll guide you through a breathing practice to calm your body and mind – followed by a quiet nature-based meditation to help you reconnect and recharge.
This event is free of charge – I simply want to offer a space where we can meditate together, share mindful reflections, and build a small community rooted in presence and connection.
✨ The session will be held in English.
🧺 Please bring:
A blanket or something to sit on in the grass
Comfortable clothes
Maybe a bottle of water to stay hydrated
An open heart
