sMSROC: Assessment of Diagnostic and Prognostic Markers

Susana, [aut, cre] of the sMSROC package will give us an introduction to her package. Thank you Susana!

We did a lot of projects for the pharmaceutical industry and used ROC curves (and AUC parameters) a lot, so I am really excited about this new package.

Here is the description of the package: Provides estimations of the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve and the Area Under the Curve (AUC) based on the two-stages mixed-subjects ROC curve estimator (Diaz-Coto et al. (2020) and (Diaz-Coto et al. (2020).
