In this talk, we will discuss the challenges we faced and the strategies we deployed to fine-tune our ML platform for long-term success. We’ve encountered unexpected hurdles—from grappling with broken and incompatible libraries to navigating through incoherent LLMs and daunting cost risks. I will share how we engaged with the complex ecosystem of novel tools to help our clients harness the power of this cutting-edge technology. Our self-hosted Kubernetes platform is evolving as an ML platform to allow for rapid testing of GenAI use cases, enabling our clients to thrive through the rapid development of innovative new products.
