Oyidiya is a former international athlete and a fresh data scientist from Barcelona. She is passionate about data and her curiosity made her discover that tech products are not yet made for everyone. She loves giving awareness about this and other issues as well as empowering tech leaders and users to fight for change in the tech industry.

Barbara found her passion to understand IT, leadership and business models from various perspectives and she is combining them to create innovative solutions. Currently she is working as Senior BI Product Manager at New Work SE, where she builds up centralized data solutions to gather insights on B2B and B2B customers of the corporation.

Naomi earned a Ph.D in Classics several decades ago, but switched from ancient human languages to computer languages sometime in the last century. Since 2001, she has been learning, teaching, writing about, and using Python.

An elected fellow of the Python Software Foundation, Naomi is the immediate past chair of its board of directors. She also speaks internationally about the Python community, and on inclusion and diversity in technology in general.

By day she leads a team of Python programmers for Dick Blick Art Materials, and in her spare time she enjoys sketching, knitting, and deep philosophical conversations with her dog.

Tebogo is a multi-lingual South African citizen, professionally with more than 10 years’ work experience in corporate (South African and multinational), social organisations & the South African state. Describing herself as a student of life for life and passionate also about matters pertaining to diversity, inclusion, cross-cultural discourse and the impact of increased digitisation on these.

Isabel is the founder and CEO of Lou&You, an impact startup based in Berlin that applies digital technology to problems concerning sexual and domestic violence. Her mission is to help anyone affected find support, increase reporting rates and sustainably decrease gender-based violence globally. When Isabel is not fighting for women’s rights, the art historian reads up on anything contemporary art and the art market.
