Celtic Sunset Yoga in the English Garden July 4th

this celtic yogaset - Wyda - harmonizes our energies with the surrounding environment. It is an unique experience to combine your energies with tne smooth power of nature.
This yoga is excellent for the soul, the back, the breath and the good mood. We go from the Odeonsplatz to a beautiful place in the English garden beside the Schwabing river and close to some trees. The exercises are quite simple, but intense. During the relaxation i play live on 6 singing bowls. There will be about 90 minutes of yoga, relaxation and meditation .

We meet at 18.00 and go 5 minutes later into the English Garden.

• i will have some mats with me - please bring a mat, blanket or sheepskin
