In this three-day workshop, we will explore the profound wisdom encoded within the Kama Sutra—an ancient guide to pleasure, intimacy, and spiritual connection.

Friday: The Art of Foreplay

We begin the weekend true to the nature of all intimate endeavours—by diving into the art of foreplay.

Foreplay begins long before lovers come together. It arises in the slow build of anticipation, in the curiosity to discover how the other experiences pleasure. From there, an expansive exploration unfolds—a journey into each other’s inner universe that reveals hidden stories and unspoken desires.

This session opens with a presentation on the physical and emotional significance of foreplay in the erotic act, followed by a practical exploration of embracing, kissing, and other sensual secrets held within the Kama Sutra.

Saturday: The Play of Love – Pleasure, Fulfilment & Amorous Postures

The second workshop focuses on the art of erotic fulfilment.
The Kama Sutra offers a rich tapestry of lovemaking postures, each carrying subtle nuances of sensation and resonance. As we explore the deeper meanings behind these amorous expressions, we learn to navigate the dance of energies that can lead to lasting fulfilment in love.

We will also delve into the Mystery of Orgasm: The Gateway to Infinity—uncovering the Kama Sutra’s spiritual vision of eroticism.

At its highest potential, the erotic act becomes a gateway to the infinite, a sacred expansion of consciousness, and a glimpse into divine unity. Through conscious intimacy, we touch the unfathomable.

Sunday: The Purusharthas – A Roadmap to Fulfilment

We conclude the workshop by exploring the Purusharthas—the four aims of life as described in the Kama Sutra.

Just as the body requires nourishment, so does the soul. Without awareness of the soul’s true needs, we suffer from spiritual malnutrition. We cannot quench the soul’s thirst with empty pleasures or false nourishment. By turning inward and studying ourselves, we begin to connect with our deepest longings and fulfill them authentically.

We will explore the four dimensions of human existence through the lens of the Kama Sutra:

• Artha: The spiritual perspective of abundance, wealth, and generosity
• Kama: The value of relationships, pleasure, and erotic expression
• Dharma: Discovering our life’s purpose and walking our true path
• Moksha: Embracing spiritual awakening and liberation through every aspect of life

Workshop instructor
Born in Jerusalem, Foca had a keen thirst for spiritual knowledge from an early age. He began practising yoga and Tantra at the age of 17 in 2001, and has since devoted himself to the spiritual journey. He has been teaching since 2009 around the globe. Since 2011 he has been living in London, teaching yoga and Tantra and offering workshops on a wide range of topics from the Purpose of Life and the Art of Dying, to workshops on masculinity, the Kama Sutra and eroticism. He teaches Tantra in London and guides groups for men.
