Sometimes life gives us stress and too much to carry so we search for a space for ourselves where we can relax, use our potential of our body and mind. With yoga you can focus on your breath and body, put your daily stress and problems away. In this Hatha Yoga class you will be practicing meditation, active and passive relaxation and breathing, each week dedicating to different focuses like stretching, strength building and balance. The class will be all in English and will last 90 mins.
