Wake up yoga is designed to wake you up from the slumber, recharge your energies for the day and increase your mindfulness.

Yoga is a great way to wake up, start energized into your day and get limber in the morning. Start your day right with this 60-minute yoga session. Explore your strength & awaken your spirit! We will move gently and in a safe way, alignments will be given during the class. A little meditation in the beginning will clear your mind, some sun salutations will warm your body up and more asanas for strength, mobility and a gentle cool down are following before we end with a deep relaxation. Beginners welcome, classes are accessible for all levels. We have mats, blocks, water, tea, belts and blankets. No need for register, just show up a few minutes before.
