I suggest Zug to Arth-Goldau.

OUTBOUND TRAVEL:

• 09:00h: Meet under the «Blue Angel»
• 09:10h: IR70 Zürich HB (direction Luzern) to Zug
• 09:37h: Bus 603 «Zug, Metalli/Bahnhof» to «Zug, Schönegg»
• 09:56h: Cablecar from Schönegg up to Zugerberg
• 10:04h: Arrival at Zugerberg & start of the hike

THE HIKE:

• Duration: 4½ h (plus breaks)
• Distance: 15km
• Ascent/descent: 330m/750m
• Difficulty/SAC class: T1 (yellow signs)
