Dear 12mins Rockers,
it´s our utmost pleasure to unveil the speakers for our next 12min.me expat event on the 9th of August at mantro.
The event will be held in English. All other procedures are expected to stay unaltered thus you can expect inspiring 12mins talks, 12 mins of striking questions and 12mins of networking, drinking and meeting cool people.

We are happy and grateful to welcome on stage:
Florian Höfling (Human Developer)
Florian is fascinated by human-interactions, change and development. He motivates and supports any transformation process with the objective: a self-determined, resourceful and authentic being. Previously he worked as Marketing Director Asia-Pacific for the Robert Bosch Group located in Taipei. In total he spent 12 years working for the Robert Bosch Group in management positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development in Germany, Brazil, France, China and Taiwan. Florian is a guest lecturer for international marketing at the University of Applied Science in Munich. He holds a BSc in International Business & Modern Languages from Aston University, Birmingham, UK, a triple master degree in International Management from ESCP Europe and is certified Business Coach & Trainer. He is passionate about sports, travelling and spending time with his family.

He intends to:
Disruption is sexy these days – business models, companies, new work, everything! But how about disruptive personnel development - how could this look like? A start could be by getting unemployed…

Benedikt Zais (Boston Consulting Group)
Benedikt Zais, PMP, PSM I, working as an IT Knowledge Delivery Manager for the Boston Consulting Group, combining classic project management with agile methodologies since 2014. Previously, he lived agile at gutefrage.net, one of the largest q&a-websites in Germany. His career started at Mediaplus, a large media-agency in Munich, after graduation as B.Sc. in Information Systems and Management at Munich Univeristy of Applied Sciences and Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.
His topic: Agile under ground – Introduce agile methodologies in non-agile corporate environments
He intends to:
Have you ever wanted to work agile but the culture in your organization does not allow it? Using Agile Under Ground techniques will help you to transform your team/project/organization to do so. In this presentation, I will show you, how you can influence your peers/customers/leaders to deliver value more quickly, even if you don’t have the formal authority.

Andy Gsinn (Laughter Coach)
Andy Sinn is a trained master confectioner and ran a hotel in Tutzing for 12 years until a burnout. After recovery, which lasted several months, he started working on his passion to laugh, which he had a lot of fun as a small child. Today he works as a laughter trainer and coach for the body; soul and spirit for individuals or groups, and is currently working on a laughter programme for the elderly in institutions such as retirement homes or day care centres.
His topic: Back to the roots - How reconnecting with my earliest purpose of life helped me to become the strongest me
He intends to:
To live against my nature has led me again and again, consciously or unconsciously from the smallest into great mental difficulties, up to suicide! To reconnect this with my earliest purpose in life, which I had with had about 4 years, has brought me back in my fullest power. Now I pass this on to people for life support as a laughing coach and coach.
