Hi everyone, let's reignite our fire with one of the most important topics of all for coaches - how do you clarify your assignment / request.
The request of your team/PO/manager is what enables you to ask questions and make observations that are actually useful to the people you support.
Clarifying your assignment is also useful independently of Scrum or Agile. It is one of the best strategies to lead your supervisor and be led by them (yes not be led, but lead).
