Nikita Filippov
Nikita’s career began at Samara State Aerospace University with a pivot from rocket building to software. By 2007, he was a product manager at Begun, Russia’s leader in contextual advertising. He co-founded ScrumTrek in 2008, improving processes for top Russian companies with Agile and Lean approaches. Nikita’s ventures include Octoberry, the Sense project with Alfa Bank, and the automated text support startup Magneta.io. He co-founded ANNA.Money, a UK-based banking and accounting service for small businesses. He also advises young companies across various fields, bringing extensive experience in product development and organizational building.
Max Gaponov
Max’s journey began at Moscow State Aviation Technological University. His career shifted from software for avionics to management and user experience. He worked at Afisha, managing 150-200 requests per day, and later launched the Conscience installment card at QIWI in just 5 months. Max’s experience spans various industries, from car sales automation to major banking projects. As an independent trainer and consultant, he now helps companies create successful products without rigid strategies, focusing instead on user experience and organizational relationships.
Anton Zotin
Anton is an independent trainer, coach, mentor, and facilitator passionate about making product development efficient and enjoyable. Living in Berlin since 2014, he has worked globally, absorbing diverse cultural aspects. His career started in the early 2000s, spanning roles from QA to C-level positions. Anton’s organizational coaching journey began with a Scrum transformation in 2004. Since 2010, he has focused on helping individuals and organizations, training hundreds and consulting across all layers.
