IoT in the Cloud - The Cumulocity IoT Platform: Connect, Manage, Extend
Veranstaltet von AIoT - Künstliche Intelligenz im Internet der Dinge
Details
Our coming Meetup will present a key-player in the IOT market: Stefan Vaillant - CTO of Cumulocity, co-founder of an industry leading IoT platform.
Traditionally, creating scalable, cloud-based IoT applications is a complex challenge. Developments typically take months, are expensive and difficult to extend to new business areas. The various potential elements, which can be connected, need to be elevated to one level of common interaction.
This presentation will introduce the Cumulocity IoT platform, a Software-as-a-Service, scalable, horizontal platform. Using the platform, you can create your first IoT application in 10 minutes, including connecting your devices and setting up a dashboard to manage your device.
After an introduction to the IoT domain, the presentation will introduce the basics of the Cumolocity IoT platform. Subjects like standard protocols, open APIs, device integration, extensibility and real-time data analytics will get special attention. The presentation will conclude with a life demo using mobile devices.
After the event there will be time for drinks and networking.
We are looking forward to welcoming you at StartPlatz for our next IoT CGN Meetup!
