Welcome to Allowing Anxiety: Peer Support Meet up!

This group is for anyone who has tried everything to get rid of anxiety—yet still finds themselves struggling.

I know how hard people work to get their lives back when anxiety takes away freedom and independence. I also know how frustrating and isolating it can feel when well-meaning advice from loved ones or professionals doesn’t seem to help.

I spent countless hours researching, meditating, practicing breathwork, and reading self-help books. I’ve invested time, energy, and money into therapy and courses that promised to “fix” or “heal” my nervous system. Over time, I came to a difficult but important realization: the harder I tried to get rid of anxiety, the worse it got.

This group takes a different approach—one of allowing rather than resisting.

Through non-resistance, we begin to build real resilience. It’s not easy, but it is a powerful and sustainable path forward. And most importantly, you won’t have to do it alone.
