Modern APIs & Production-Ready AI

Join the APIOps Meetup to exchange experiences, hear from our excellent speakers, and connect with peers.

At this meetup, we have two great speakers:

Rilind Harizaj | The Modern API: A Toolset

  • As of now, businesses are facing the challenges arisen due to digitalization. One such case is how to effectively create, maintain and instrumentalize APIs effectively. In this talk, Rilind Harizaj will talk about a modern toolset that can help in approaching this challenge.
  • Rilind Harizaj is a Fullstack Software Engineer Consultant at Netlight Cologne. He holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Münster and previously worked as a Software Developer and BI Analyst. His focus areas include full-stack development, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and AI – he also recently won a mobility hackathon with an API-driven prototype.

Tim Sevenich | Why AI Doesn't Ship (Yet) - How enterprise move AI into production safely and confidently

  • While AI is everywhere, many organizations still struggle to move it into production. In this session, Tim Sevenich explores why AI initiatives often stall before reaching production and shares practical insights from working with leading enterprises – including what it takes to accelerate AI adoption in a secure and compliant way.
  • Tim Sevenich has been working in IT for more than 10 years in various roles in consulting, services and software development. He is currently part of Axway's German Solution Architect team with a strong focus on API Management and AI.

This is meant to be a relaxed practitioner meetup — not a conference or sales event — so come as you are and bring your questions and experiences into the discussion.
