During this edition of cafe sketch, we celebrate the unpredictable magic that happens when multiple artistic voices contribute to a single page, each person building upon, responding to, or reimagining what came before. The five-minute time limit adds exciting urgency, pushing participants beyond overthinking and into instinctive creativity.⏳✨💭

Here's how it goes:

• Choose a collective theme, then each person starts sketching in their assigned sketchbook.
• After five minutes, pass your sketchbook to your neighbor and continue their artwork.
• Repeat until sketchbooks return to original owners, revealing collaborative artistic journeys created together.

Artists learn to let go of ownership and perfectionism, discovering that "messing up" someone's drawing might actually improve it through unexpected directions. The exercise teaches flexibility, improvisation, and trust - essential skills both in art and life.🤷😊
