Sometimes we forget how much we’ve accomplished, how much we’ve learned, and how many warm meetings and events we’ve had. It might feel like nothing special happened over the past year. But when we take a moment to look back, we begin to recall meaningful moments. This is a great opportunity to reflect, express gratitude for the year that’s ending and think about what we want in the new one.

I invite you to join a meeting in Berlin where we’ll reflect on the past year together. We’ll revisit important moments, process them, and express them creatively by making a Christmas tree – with each piece representing a part of our experience. This practice will not only help us summarize the year but also prepare for the year ahead. It will be inspiring, meaningful and warm!

If this resonates with you, let’s connect! A bit about me: I work in art direction, illustration and collage-making. For the past two years, I’ve been studying in the Psychological Counseling in Art Therapy program at Studio Samo. As part of my practice, I’ve facilitated individual and group art therapy sessions, including for the Women’s Network community at Babbel.

Format: One-time group art therapy session.
Cost: Donation-based, recommended amount starting from €10.
📍 Location: Berlin, Dircksenstraße.
âť— Spots available: 6

The group is intentionally small to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. In this space, we’ll explore ourselves, find inspiration, and recharge through practice and connection. Come and try art therapy – whether it’s new to you or you’re looking for a creative escape from the everyday. Relax, enjoy a meaningful activity and engage in deep personal processes.

* Before we start, I recommend going through your phone gallery or social media photos to refresh your memories of the events and people from the past year ✨. I have art supplies and I will bring them. If you have your own, you are welcome to bring them.
