Christmas is approaching 🌲 and those who are staying in town can enjoy fantastic Balkan music again. On the evening before the Christmas Eve you have a great opportunity to hear one of the greatest Berlin local bands BalkaNova that will play at b-flat jazz club in Berlin-Mitte.

The international ensemble BalkaNova, featuring the phenomenal Bulgarian singer Viktoria Lasaroff, blends Balkan folk and world jazz in an innovative style. BalkaNova interprets folk songs in a special way: arrangements closely based on the lyrics reflect the meaning of the words at every moment through subtle, jazzy harmonies, rapid rhythms and the meter typical of the Balkans.
