This bootcamp is designed to push your limits, build strength, improve endurance, and ignite team energy. Each workout blends cardio bursts, strength training, and core conditioning into a high-intensity session that keeps the body guessing and the mind engaged.

For runners, bootcamp training provides essential cross-training: it strengthens key muscle groups like the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core to support proper running form, reduces the risk of overuse injuries, and builds the explosive power and stamina needed to improve speed and endurance on the road or trail. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, the program scales to challenge everyone.

### Where to meet?

We will be by the bathrooms under the awning. Don't be shy! Just say hi!

### Format:

• Warm-Up (10 minutes)
  Laps around the track at your own pace.
• Main Circuit (30–35 minutes)
  Performed in stations or rounds, alternating between cardio and strength.
• Stretching & breathwork

Bootcamp is not about being the fastest or the strongest in the room—it’s about showing up, giving your best effort, and supporting those around you. Progress comes from consistency, effort, and the belief that you can do more than you thought possible.

Kick off your weekend with a scenic run and social brunch!

Join us every Saturday at 8:00 am for a community run on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. This is out-and-back trail caters to all levels, so whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, you're welcome to join.

Here's what you can expect:

• Start time: 8:00 am every Saturday
• Location: Peet's Coffee at the Pruneyard in Campbell
• Distance: Choose your own adventure! The out-and-back format allows you to customize your run.
• Pace: All paces are welcome! We encourage runners of all abilities to join.
• Post-run: Join us for an optional brunch at a nearby spot to refuel and socialize (location to be announced based on group preference).

What to bring:

• Running shoes and comfortable clothing
• Water bottle and any personal nutrition you need
• Positive vibes and a willingness to have fun!
