Day trip to Harz - Titan RT Bridge & Baumannshöhle.

Let's experience thrilling heights at the Titan RT Suspension Bridge, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Rappbode Valley, then descend into the enchanting depths of Baumannshöhle's ancient caves. Finish the day by stepping back in time amidst the charming, medieval streets of Wernigerode's old town. Join us for a day of unforgettable adventure and historical wonders.

• Baumannshöhle: The dripstone caves of Rübeland are idyllically embedded in the unique natural landscape in the Harz Mountains. Baumanns Cave is renowned for its stunning dripstone formations (stalactites and stalagmites), created over millennia and is among the oldest and most famous show caves in Germany.
• Titan Suspension Bridge: Titan RT suspension bridge is a captivating attraction in the Harz Mountains with 458m long and 100m above the ground.
• Old town Wernigerode: Wernigerode boasts a well-preserved medieval old town, characterized by its colourful half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets.

Meeting Point: 6:50 AM – Berlin Hbf. (More detailed coordination will be provided in our dedicated WhatsApp group the day before the trip.)

• Hiking Stats: 10 km at a relaxed, comfortable pace.
• Hiking Level: Easy (Beginner-friendly!).

Event price includes...

• Meetup and organizing fee.
• Train Travel: We will be using the Deutschlandticket (D-Ticket). Please ensure you have a valid Deutschlandticket, or you will need to purchase your own train tickets for the journey.
• Entry ticket to Titan RT Suspension bridge.
• Entry ticket to Baumannshöhle.

You can pay event fees through PayPal or bank transfer. Details are as below:

• Comfortable, waterproof hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water
• Snacks and a packed lunch

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event.
• No refunds for no-shows.
• Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
