Book Discussion 📖 "The Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins & Sawyer Robbins
Details
You read. You nod. You think: Yes, that's exactly right. And a week later, everything is back to the way it was. Sound familiar?
Books change nothing as long as you only read them. What actually works: repeating, sharing, drawing concrete steps and putting them into action. That's exactly what this book club is for:
- You get a fixed date that motivates you to actually read the book by then.
- You revisit what you have read and internalize it in the process.
- You hear what others discovered in it and learn something new along the way.
- And you leave with concrete actions you can put into practice in your everyday life.
This month we are discussing "The Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins and Sawyer Robbins.
Two words can free you from the exhausting cycle of trying to manage everything and everyone around you. This book shows you step by step how to stop letting the opinions, drama and judgment of others run your life, and how to start living a life where you come first. With your goals, your dreams and your happiness.

How the conversation works:
The meeting lasts 90 minutes. We start with a short anonymous survey, followed by a compact book overview, and then we go deep together: What did you learn? What do you see critically? What do you want to concretely change? Everyone gets to speak. This is not a webinar, it is a real conversation.
What you walk away with:
The conversation will be recorded to provide you with a personal summary afterwards. This includes the most important ideas from the book, the results of the anonymous survey, the key discussion points, concrete next steps and further recommendations that came up during the conversation. The recording itself will not be published or shared.
Only 15 spots, only for women.
The group is intentionally small and exclusively for women, so that the exchange stays personal and open. This session thrives on real conversation, which is why I ask you to have your camera on.
👋 Hi, I am Stella, a founder with a background in business informatics and C-level consulting. I'm an avid reader and have come to realize that reading is wonderful, but on its own it changes nothing. These book discussions are my answer to that.
