I use my expertise in business agility, value stream management, Flow, Lean, ToC, & patterns to co-create flexible approaches that work at all levels - from small to large organizations. It is a self-serving myth that this requires more effort from the client. Both simplistic and overly complex solutions abound. I aim for pragmatic ones
