Rich Theil is an experienced product and technology leader based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently the Founder of Product Forge, a company dedicated to helping product organizations understand customer needs and accelerate product execution. Since December 2023, he has focused on providing tools that enhance product strategy and collaboration.
Prior to this, he founded Agile+AI in June 2023, where he assists Agile professionals in transitioning to AI-enabled methodologies, aiming to reduce the time to working software by 50%.
From February 2018 to January 2024, Rich served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Noble Foundry, where he specialized in building scaled Agile organizations and improving collaboration to exceed business goals.
