Thoralf J. Klatt is a Product and Agile Coach whose motto is “be at the center of value.” He began his career developing medical technology such as CT scanners before becoming one of the early Certified Scrum Masters in 2007. Over the years he has worked across many industries and frameworks, qualifying as SAFe SPC (2016), Scrum@Scale Trainer with Jeff Sutherland (2019), and Mobius Navigator Coach with Gabrielle Benefield (2020).
