We will discuss all aspects of digital freedom, share our experiences and answer each other's questions as well as possible.
Basic topics:
- Degoogling - how do I make my phone private. How to escape mass surveillance.
- How to install a custom ROM.
- What runs on custom ROMs and what doesn't.
- Linux distros. The systemd age verification debacle.
- How to block ads.
- Which VPN to choose.
- Useful apps
- Useful tips
- Alternatively, if you need any help with your (Android) phone, you are also welcome. We can show you how to change a battery or a charging dock.
- The participants will communicate in their language of choice. The organizers will try to accomodate both English and German speakers.
