Hello everybody.
The last time Moritz showed us how to use Mob (https://mob.hexdocs.pm/readme.html), a Hex Package, that allows to ‚Write mobile apps in Elixir‘. The whole BEAM runs on the device, rendering native iOS and Android UI. No server, no JavaScript, no Swift or Kotlin to learn‘.
Thank you Moritz für your interesting and insightful presentation.
After that Kevin and Norbert showed us in depth how to work with JJ ( https://github.com/jj-vcs/jj), a Git-compatible VCS that is both simple and powerful. It was very inspiring to look at the git-command-line frontend, that makes is very easy to use and the many examples, that helped our understanding a lot.
I personally like the Automatic rebase and conflict resolution most.
But there are so many nice features…
And I know of a person who really became infected with JJ 🤓
So, many thanksto Kevin and Norbert.
Next time we haven’t planned any talk.
But please feel free to come up with a topic on your own. You are always welcome.
