Monthly Hamburg Elixir Meetup
Details
Details 💻 Please maybe bring your Laptop, if you want to show something interesting or do a talk 💻 Hello everybody.
Last time we had a very nice presentation of a project (hardware and software) Moritz (narrowtux) built for a wedding.
I enables guests to take photos from the wedding on their smartphone and send them directly to a big screen for all to watch.
The hardware consists of a mini-pc and router providing a wifi access point.
The software is a Phoenix Liveview using js-hooks on the front-end for camera control.
He showed all this live at our Meetup and it was great to see everything working smoothly.
After that we had a very lively discussion about doing a Elixir-UnConf next year, which was proposed by Judith and Ben. They have already experience, because they did a Ruby-Unconf before and we liked their idea a lot
We didn’t plan anything for next time, so feel free to show anything Elixir-ish you are interested in.
I am looking forward seeing you.
We will be meeting at:

The location is a little tricky to find.
