Home is supposed to feel like… well, home. But sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe you're living in a WG room, a temporary apartment, or just a space that doesn’t really reflect who you are right now. That’s where this workshop comes in. 🪴

Inna will share down-to-earth ideas and little tricks that can make a big difference—things you can do without a huge budget or a full-on renovation. 🛋️ It’s not about creating a picture-perfect Pinterest home. It’s about creating a place that feels good to be in, that actually supports you and your creative life. 👩‍💻

We’ll also pause for some reflection, because only you know what you really need from your space. A corner that calms you down? More energy when you walk into the room? Together, we’ll explore how to set that intention and bring it into reality.

🎤 About the speaker:
Inna is a designer and creative who’s obsessed with how spaces shape the way we feel. Over the years, she has worked on everything from interiors to running her own projects, and the most valuable lesson she has learned is this: a beautiful space doesn’t have to be expensive or perfect, it just has to be yours.

Do you dread marketing and networking? 🙈 Maybe it feels too “salesy,” you don’t know where to start, it doesn’t feel like you, or perhaps you’re an introvert who finds it draining. The truth is: as businesswomen and creatives, we can’t avoid it. But what if there was a way to make it feel natural, authentic, and even energizing?

In this workshop, we’ll reframe marketing and networking so they don’t require you to fake it or burn out. Inspired by Simple Marketing for Smart People by Billy Broas and insights from Vanessa Van Edwards’ research on the science of people, Eden will share tools and strategies designed to actually work for women like us.

🎤 About the speaker:
Eden relocated from Israel to Leipzig in 2017. In 2022, she founded her own relocation agency, supporting others in moving to Germany, before closing the business in late 2024. She now works in customer support at UNITE. Eden has also been an organizer of FemEC, fostering a safe space for female entrepreneurs in Leipzig and beyond. In addition, she is the singer of the swing metal band Shoo Bee Doom and is launching a YouTube channel about the business of music.

In this hands-on session, you’ll get to:

• Learn useful techniques for crafting and delivering a compelling pitch
• Train your presentation skills in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere
• Share your pitch idea (if you’d like—no pressure!) and receive helpful, constructive feedback

✨ This is a safe space to try things out, make mistakes, learn from each other, and grow your confidence.

🙋🏽‍♀️ No pitch deck needed! Just bring your ideas and your voice. A few volunteers will have the chance to give short presentations during the session.

Ina von Spies has been leading pitch trainings for over a decade, including for the SpinLab Accelerator. With a background in corporate communications and a recent TEDx talk on "Daring Pitches," Ina brings rich experience and encouragement to help you develop your unique pitching style.
