OpenSpaceNetworthing: Lean Canvas - Validate before you build
Details
Every last Saturday of the month (except Dec/Jan), people from diverse disciplines meet to networth through a common goal, to learn, get inspired and connect with interesting people.
The idea is to work on a common practise, that would benefit our community.
A Product goes through multiple stages.
One of the critical and important step is to validate your business/product idea.
This month, Varun Jain, Product Manager,
https://www.linkedin.com/in/codervj/
will lead this hands-on Validation workshop using Lean Canvas.
Welcome to the Lean Canvas Workshop
where we’ll explore a structured approach to problem-solving and Idea Validation in product development. You’ll learn how to break down business ideas, identify key assumptions, and validate them effectively using the Lean Canvas framework.
