FLINTA* Grunewald Run & Swim

Join us on for a 7km trail run through Grunewald with Mara!

On August, 1 we’ll meet at S Grunewald at 11 am to run in the direction of Teufelsee.

The meeting point ist on the forest side at Parkplatz Grunewald:

We will run an easy pace around 7:00 m/km and there will be some elevation (walking allowed!) - we will take it slow and enjoy the views. The run ends at Teufelssee and, weather permitting, we can go for a swim!

Bring enough water and if you can, some snacks for a tiny Picknick after or grab something at the bistro Oekowerk.

There is no bag drop, so you would have to carry everything you need in a running vest. I have one to lend, write a comment or message if you would like to borrow it for the run.

Don’t worry if you are new! We run at a pace which is comfortable for everyone, so it’s a great chance to start 😉
