Welcome to the tenth edition of our Future Food Series, brought to you by co-hosts the ProVeg Incubator and ZINTINUS. This time, we'll be diving into the topic of molecular farming.

Using plants as recombinant protein hosts through molecular farming could be a viable way to transform the way we produce proteins in the Future.

Molecular farming has been successfully used in the pharmaceutical industry for a long time - now it can be leveraged for the food industry. A few companies are working on this.

We'll be talking with some of the pioneers in this space about the potential of molecular farming for alternative meat and dairy products.
