Vernor Vinge: A Deepness in the Sky

Not sure if it's the book's length, but the January meetup was sorely lacking in participants. A few people previously expressed their interest in the book in principle, though, so we'll be giving this another try in March.

Having now read the book, myself, I can personally vouch for this being both very fun, and good fodder for substantial discussion. Also, there are spider aliens! And just in general a ton of interesting world building.

Our February book should be a fairly easy read, so maybe you can allocate a small portion of the February reading time to start (or continue, if you got started but didn't finish) A Deepness in the Sky!
