“I screwed up in Germany.” - a friend said recently. And I could relate.

Like many expats, she had a dream of what life here would look like, but reality turned out different. Maybe that’s you too. Maybe you:
- Lost passion for your studies or PhD
- Started a job that drained you (or got fired from it)
- Felt pressure from money or expectations (from yourself or the people around you)
- Felt like you could never truly fit in

Maybe you even built the story:
“Others are succeeding. I’m not good enough.”

I’ve been there too. For years, my worth was tied to being “successful” in a way that society was dictating: prestigious schools and fancy companies. And when things did not work out in the end, I thought I’d “screwed up” in Germany too.

Now I see that those “failures” were redirections. But back then, I didn’t feel safe enough to follow them.

That’s why I’m hosting a free webinar “From Failure to Redirection”. We’ll explore how to:
- Make sense of how you got to the point you are at.
- How to draw wisdom from the current situation.
- How to move past the negative feelings like guilt or shame to start building a more aligned life.

If you’re ready to shift your story from failure to redirection, I’d love for you to join.

Who is hosting?

I’m Marija - a life coach, software engineer and a fellow expat who has been through academic pressures, career burnout, identity confusion, and the feeling of “screwing up” in Germany.
These experiences eventually became my doorway into clarity, emotional regulation, and building a life that feels like mine.
Now as a WCO certified coach, I support others on similar journeys.
