A Taste of Qi Gong: Move, Breathe, Explore
A free, beginner-friendly outdoor session in Babelsberg Park

What if you could slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more alive — all in 45 minutes among the trees?

Join us in the heart of Babelsberg Park for a gentle introduction to Qi Gong (气功) — an ancient Chinese practice of slow, flowing movement, breath, and presence. For thousands of years, people have used it to cultivate qi (生命能量 — life energy), calm the mind, and reconnect body and spirit. Think of it as a moving meditation: simple, graceful, and surprisingly powerful.
No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just come as you are. 🌱

In this session we'll explore:
🌬️ The breath — how slowing it down settles the whole nervous system
🌊 Flowing movement — a few simple forms you can take home with you
🧘 Presence — what it feels like to be fully here, in your body and in nature

Why Qi Gong? In a world that pulls us in every direction, this is a chance to come back to yourself. Practitioners describe less stress, more energy, better sleep, and a quiet sense of calm that lingers long after the practice ends — and doing it outdoors, surrounded by nature, only deepens the effect.
This is more than an exercise — it's a small life experiment on a different way of living. Come curious, leave refreshed. ✨
