Welcoming the New Cycle: Renewal, Trust and the Wisdom of Trees

🌿 Wisdom of Trees
March 21 | Welcoming Spring
Spring is already here…
The days are getting longer, the air feels lighter, and the first blossoms are beginning to appear.
This new season gently invites us to step out of the heaviness of winter and move toward something softer, brighter, and more alive, reconnecting with the quiet seeds awakening within us, in nature, and in the world around us.
On March 21st -celebrated across cultures as the beginning of a new year and a time of renewal- we will come together to welcome this shift.
We will share a simple Newrouz-inspired ritual; gently releasing what no longer belongs to us through fire, and planting quiet seeds of intention for the cycle ahead. In this moment, we allow accumulated energies to flow back into the earth, releasing what no longer serves us, and opening space for new seeds of intention to quietly take root within.
In this ritual, Nicole Buchta will accompany us with her drum and crystal singing bowls, guiding the release of what has been held and supporting the gentle emergence of new beginnings.
During our gathering, we will:
🌱 Explore how trees and the natural world have inspired artists, writers, and thinkers across time and cultures
🌱 Reflect on renewal, trust, letting go, and beginner’s mind through short texts and shared insights (including Hesse, Thoreau, Knut Hamsun, and more)
🌱 Share simple stories and perspectives that bring the wisdom of nature into our everyday lives
🌱 Close with a gentle, grounding meditation inspired by Sandra Ingerman, connecting with a sense of rooting, balance, and new growth
This is a warm and relaxed space, you can simply listen, reflect, or share as much as you feel comfortable 🌸
A pot of herbal tea, sweets, and Turkish coffee will accompany our shared time together.
