Held & Human — Sunday Circle 🌿

A weekly space to sit, breathe, and be witnessed, for anyone on their own spiritual path who's tired of doing it alone.
We'll meet on the green riverside meadow along Uferstraße, right next to Skatepark Heidelberg on the Neckar riverbank, mats down, for an hour of reflection, gentle somatic and energetic practice, and quiet presence with each other. No agenda to follow, no belief system required, just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
📍 Nearest tram stop: Jahnstraße (about 5–7 min walk)
🚗 Nearby landmark: across from Cafe Frisch, near Am Römerbad
This week is our very first circle. I'll be there the whole hour.
What to bring: a mat or blanket, water, and yourself. Come as you are, come with whatever you're carrying.
