We show up, we try, we carry responsibility — and yet, once the moment passes, it sometimes feels like none of it really counted.
This workshop is about learning how to register effort, so it can support trust, confidence, and future action — especially when progress is quiet or gradual.

Our Focus for These 90 Minutes
You’ll be introduced to the Chronicle as a practical tool and perspective. We’ll explore why effort often fades from memory, how the system decides what counts, and how to turn ongoing effort into visible evidence — without turning progress into pressure.
This is not about proving ourself.
It’s about stopping our effort from disappearing.

About This 4-Part Series
This workshop is the fourth part of the Inner Flame series, but it is fully standalone. You can join this session on its own, regardless of whether you attended any previous workshops.

To Get the Full Value, Participation Is Key
Please come with one real situation where you keep showing up — but your effort tends to fade or stop counting afterward.
For example:

  • A responsibility you consistently carry
  • A long-term effort whose impact feels hard to see
  • A way you keep contributing that rarely registers internally

This will be your personal practice ground for the exercises.

What You’ll Need

  • A notebook and pen (or digital notes)
  • A quiet space for 90 minutes
  • Willingness to document effort without evaluating it

Warmly,
Christopher
