Improv meets Lego workshop for all levels

IMPORTANT: This workshop costs Euro 15 per person.

​Welcome to a unique workshop where the unpredictable art of Improv Theater meets the tactile world of Lego!

​In this session, we we are building scenes, stories, and characters from scratch. Using the spontaneity of the theater and the physical power of bricks, you will learn to trust your instincts, sharpen your presence, and master the art of thinking on your feet.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• The Art of Spontaneity: Learn to create and perform with clarity and confidence, with no script in sight.
• ​Active Listening: Deepen your focus to hear the subtext and emotion in every "scene" of your life.
• The "Yes, And" Mindset: Master the foundational rule of improv theater to foster innovation and creative flow.
• Stage Presence: Use bricks and play to find your voice and conquer stage fright.

Through improv games, spontaneity exercises, and structured Lego builds, you’ll walk away with the "creative muscles" needed to handle any situation—on stage or in life.

COST:

• 15 EUR per person
• Payable via PayPal (use "family and friends option") or bank transfer.
• Cash on the day of the workshop.

• Five minutes walk from U-Bahn Leipziger and S-Bahn Westbahnhof
• Go to the top floor, enter the door on the left, and look for Room .
• Follow the signs on the doors to find the room.

ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL NEEDS: The studio is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator (stairs only). WHAT TO BRING

• Comfortable clothes you can move in (jeans are totally fine) — it’s not yoga
• A bottle of water
• A small snack if you need energy

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

• Starting in 2012, Flo has been practicing Improv Theatre both as a teacher and performer. He enjoys sharing his passion, which led him to build the Rice Cookie Improv Theatre Group in Munich, Germany in 2016 and the ImpAct Improv Community in Dublin, Ireland in 2019. For Flo, Improv Theatre brings a lot of creative freedom and spontaneity
• Mary is an experienced technical communicator and an applied improv facilitator at Google. Having led and designed dozens of workshops for global teams and the ImpAct Improv community, she has seen firsthand how 'Yes, And' can transform a team's culture.
