### 🌏 Why This Workshop Matters

In a world facing environmental destruction, food crises, conflicts, and health challenges,
the need for sustainable agriculture and regenerative organic practices is more urgent than ever.
In Japan, one small but meaningful step toward this future is the everyday practice of enjoying sustainably grown rice.
By sharing the wisdom of bento culture—something that has long nurtured people, nature, and community—we hope to spark a BENTO movement here in Berlin, reconnecting people with the earth through food.
