Google Cloud Vision API

As a follow up to real world experiences at Devoxx with out TweetWallFX project Stephan Janssen rigged deeper into a core of one of our problems - being spammed by sex -bots - read his very inspiring post here

To figure out if this is a real solution to our problem we want to do some live experiments and find out how Google Cloud Vision works.
