Hike: Oberes Gaistal to Kaltenbronn

Let’s go for a hike in the Black Forest on Friday (Labor Day)! The forecast promises plenty of hours of sun for this day.
This time we will start in Oberes Gaistal which is a place a few kilometers far from Bad Herrenalb and hike to Kaltenbronn. We will follow the route described in the link below:

It is a 13.3 km hike with an ascent of 430 m. We will walk around 4 hours without stops.
To reach Oberes Gaistal we will take the tram S1 from Hauptbahnhof Vorplatz at 11:13h, change to bus in Bad Herrenalb, and arrive at our starting point at 12:25h.
Meeting point is the entrance of the main station.

KVV ticket (up to 5 people) can be bought, if there are interested people.
To organize the group tickets, please be at the station at 10:50h and write it in a comment, if you want to be part of one.

• We aim to get the bus 242 at 17:22h or 18:22h from Kaltenbronn, change to tram S8 in Gernsbach, and be in Karlsruhe Hbf at 18:46h or 19:46h.
