Most Frankfurters have walked past this trail a hundred times and never turned off the path.
We meet in front of the BARISTAFABRIK cafe, near Frankfurt-Mainkur S-Bahn station. From here, we disappear into the green.
The route takes us through the Enkheimer Ried, past the Goose Pond, along old postal roads that couriers once rode on horseback, up to a viewpoint over the Berger Hang. 11.7 km of forest, field, and still water. The kind of walk that clears your head and reminds you what your body is actually for.
We'll walk together slowly, talk about what we're each doing to live longer and better, and let the movement do its work.
Afterwards, optional lunch at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant — good food, low-key, no agenda.
Simple. Unhurried. Exactly what a Sunday morning should feel like.
