Classical Slide Guitar Concert Meditation

Dear Friends,

Sahaja Yoga Kultur e.V presents a slide guitar concert with master Rhitom Sarkar, accompanied by Kamalakant Rao on tabla – with meditation for relaxation and enjoyment.

Rhitom Sarkar was born in Kolkata, India, and began his musical career at the age of 9.

His style is rooted in classical Indian ragas, but has been further developed through years of research into the fusion of Spanish and Hindustani slide techniques, resulting in a distinctive sound that is meditative, expressive, and deeply spiritual.

Kamalakant Rao, lives and works in Wolfsburg Germany, a great Tabla player since childhood, like Rhitom Sarkar, Kamalakant Rao also started his musical journey at the age of 9. One can feel the flamboyance in his masterful play.
