->What is “Microtheatre”?
This format consists of short plays looking to be intense, accessible and experimental.
In the sessions we will explore many elements from different theatre genres and will perform small plays with different weight of dialogue, narration or movement. We will go with comedy, drama and satire.
->What will we do?
- Warmup for 15 minutes. Time to introduce ourselves and become familiar with the environment.
- Theatrical games for 45 minutes to explore, interact and practice.
- During the last 30 minutes we will prepare short plays, putting into
practice everything what we have done during the session.
There will be original plays and adaptations. You can choose whether to read or improvise your lines. it is not necessary to memorize the text.
For regulars, we can rehearse plays to perform them for an audience. By now we are just starting.
->Who is this for?
Everyone who is interested in theatre, no matter the experience.
Respect and open-mindedness are essential.
There will be a fee of 8 euros per person to cover the cost of the room, props, materials and the meetup group.
