Move & Connect Zürich

Move & Connect Zürich is an open space for everyone — whether you were born here, have lived in Zurich for years, or have just arrived.
Our gatherings combine physical activities (yoga, walking, dance, stretching) with cultural experiences (painting, music, workshops, storytelling).

We believe that integration works both ways: newcomers learn from locals, and locals discover new cultures.
Our goal is to create a welcoming, diverse, and active community where everyone can move, share ideas, and build friendships.
