Come run with the Munich H3 - hashers not trashers

Hashy New Year!!!
Get ready to start 2026 by getting the worst hash of the year behind us straight away. It may in fact, be slightly similar to the worst hash back in January 2025. But let us be a shining light in a shiggy world by helping to clean up some of the New Year’s Eve mess left behind. Everyone will get a rubbish bag to clean up trash on the way. Please bring your own gloves, but we will have some for you, just in case.
Will there be a DS? Of course. We will have some hot drinks for you too.

Some of us will actually run, some will jog and some will walk.
Afterwards we'll be going to a local restaurant, we'll have a car where you can leave a change of clothes.

No membership is required. Just put on your running shoes and turn up at the pre-announced starting point. Runs cost €5 to pay for the beer and snacks. You can pay by paypal - munich.hashcash@mh3.beer or cash.
We average a pack size of roughly 15- 40 hashers. Both runners' and walkers' trails are available, which normally average between 6 and 10 km along the many parks, villages, and woodland trails throughout the Munich area.
It's a great way to see the area and make new friends. Newcomers are always welcome. An added bonus is that there is a Hash house Harriers group in just about every city in the world, so come join a global group of fun-loving runners.

This Saturday we "run" from the Grüner/Wochenmarkt in Berg am Laim.

We'll be cleaning up as we "run" along so bring gloves (if you forget, don't worry, we'll have some spares) - we'll provide the rubbish bags.
