AI‑assisted development in legacy projects (free online workshop)

In this workshop I’ll teach Spec‑Loop—a practical method I developed for using AI coding tools to make safe, structured progress in legacy codebases. After a short introduction, you’ll work hands‑on by following the tutorial in this project’s repository, so the format and outcomes are clear and predictable.
Format (online, live)

• 30 min — introduction to Spec‑Loop and the workflow
• 75 min — guided self‑paced tutorial (you implement while I’m available for help)
• 30 min — closing, discussion, Q&A, and next steps

Total: 135 minutes

Prerequisites

• A working AI coding tool (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• An active subscription that gives access to premium models (e.g. Codex 5.3, Sonnet 4.6)
• Ability to run the tutorial locally and edit code during the session
