This week, our Qigong practice begins outdoors at Luitpoldpark with my favorite teacher Miriam. Hearing Miriam's voice and spending time with her fills me with such joy and peace. You will need to come and find out for yourself what I mean.
If you are interested in learning a form of exercise that soothes your nervous system and helps you relax, this is the class for you. Qigong/Taichi is an excellent method that helps you pay attention to the flow of your breath and how that affects your overall health. Miriam is an excellent teacher who is always positive and a true delight. The classes are free and they occur weekly as long as it is not raining heavily outside. Come join me for 45 minutes of the most relaxing session of your work week. I recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to get a good viewing spot to follow along with the teacher. It is lead in German but Miriam supplements with English as well. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, loss of items, or other issues that may occur on the way to, from, or at the event.
