This is not a traditional networking event.

Nawaya is for people who are intentionally reflecting on their career direction, next step, or current professional and personal season.

Maybe you are facing a transition.
Maybe you are thinking about changing careers.
Maybe your current job no longer feels aligned.
Maybe you are building something of your own.
Or maybe you are simply asking yourself how work, health, meaning, and life can fit together in a better way.

At Nawaya, we talk about exactly that.

We gather in a small group, share a meal, and have honest conversations about career, direction, growth, pressure, change, and new possibilities.

This is not about perfect answers.
It is not about self-optimization.

It is not about pitching or surface-level networking.
It is about real conversations with people who are navigating similar questions.

Possible topics for the evening:

  • Where am I professionally right now?
  • What gives me energy, and what drains me?
  • What does success mean to me at this stage?
  • What change have I been postponing?
  • How can I find more clarity for my next step?
  • How can career growth happen without losing health and life?

Who is this event for?
People exploring topics such as:

  • career change
  • professional reorientation
  • entrepreneurship
  • burnout or work-related exhaustion
  • leadership and self-leadership
  • meaning and identity at work
  • work-life questions without clichés

Important:
Places are intentionally limited so that real conversations can happen. Please only RSVP if you are truly able to attend.
Before the event, we will send a short question so everyone has the chance to share a topic or thought in advance. This helps make the evening more personal and relevant for everyone.
We are looking forward to an honest evening with meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and people who are genuinely exploring their career direction.
