Description: Feeling like you have to hold it all together? You don’t have to anymore. Join us for an informal, loosely-structured virtual discussion that Neurodivergent District holds a couple times a month designed for neurodivergent folks and/or those who feel lonely or without community. This is a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are.

How It Works:

• Attendees who would like to share (no pressure if you want to simply listen) get a 1-2 minute “how am I doing” check-in — no interruptions, no judgment.
• The point isn’t to fix anyone — it’s to connect with others and feel a sense of community. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter.

Dating can sometimes be challenging or confusing — especially if you’re neurodivergent. Whether you're navigating first dates, wondering how to improve your communication skills, or trying to make sense of mixed signals, you're not alone.

Join Kate Inez Harrington, neurodivergent-focused relationship coach and matchmaker in the Washington, D.C. metro area, for a free 60-minute Zoom Q&A. Ask questions, share what’s on your mind, or just listen in. This is a supportive, judgment-free space to talk about the real challenges of dating while neurodivergent.
