About Me
My name is Sarah Neuwald, and I’m the founder of Unstress Yourself.
I’ve been working with people in deep emotional and consciousness-based processes for over a decade. I’m trained in hypnotherapy and past-life regression and have supported clients in both online and one-on-one settings for many years.
I’m also a Galactic Akashic Reader, trained by Debbie Solaris, and work with multidimensional and consciousness-based frameworks that go beyond linear time and identity.
In addition, I’m a trained Reiki Master/Teacher and work with Quantum Healing, combining nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and consciousness-based approaches in a grounded and practical way.
